NEUZEHN — Restaurant in Vienna

Disappointing. Booked a table with The Fork to find good places to eat (we were arrived in Wien just an hour earlier so we didn't know where to go) but the service was everything but nice. The waiters acted posh and the person at the cashier started a conversation by criticizing our culture. I am not joking, I swear. By reading other reviews it is a common treatment for bookings through The Fork, my fault if I haven't read them before. Didn't deserve a bit of tip for service but the cashier confirmed. 2 stars because the Caesar salad was yummy. The one star is only for the salmon dish and rest of deducted for the poor treatment. Entered the day while and blond hair waitress was texting I’m his cell phone and didn’t even see me so I had to ask him to do so. Then again had to ask him after sitting for a while to come and get my order !!!!! Same thing texting. When dish was ready I asked for salt and pepper and he brought them after almost finishing the dish … even though they were available in the bar table if told me to get them from there will do… wish they focus more in client during work and let the texting later it’s very rude to act this...

The food is great but the service was really horrible. I don't know what was the waiter's problem that day, but he was so rude and unprofessional. Screaming out loud at me telling me, I ordered Something I didn't, while his colleague was the one took the order, and his colleague the one who took the order came to tell me it was my fault, because I asked him to explain one of the dishes in the menu, both were retarded.... The most irritating things was, when I try to clear my self, both won't listen... so...
