This Gelateria in Vienna offers a delightful selection of gelato flavors that are simply superb. Their quick and efficient service ensures minimal wait times, and while the gelato is strictly for take away, the taste makes it well worth it. Each visit brings the excitement of a daily flavor, allowing customers to explore new and enticing combinations. During our visit, we savored the heavenly flavors of Bitter Chocolate, Raspberry, Mango, White Chocolate (Weisser-Kuss), and Cherry (Oberkirsch).

One thing to note is that the Gelateria does charge a nominal fee of 50 cents for the use of their restroom facilities. However, this minor inconvenience does not overshadow the overall experience of indulging in their delicious gelato. So called "tiramisu" with pistachios for EUR 4,80 - mascarpone cream with hard biscottes ! We have claimed it after one bite, they still charged the full price for it, even though they know us and we ve been customers for over 10 years. Worst customer service ever! And really the worst part was that they didn't throw it away after we have claimed it but returned it to their fridge to resell it!!!!! I have no words... never ever again! The ice cream is quite good however I couldn’t say the same about the staff. A waitress just charged me 90 cents for a waffle I didn’t know had to be payed for. IT SAYS NO WHERE that the waffle is 90 cents. Embarrassing. When asking where the price of the waffle is she just said “nothing is free in this world hunny” HUH? Shame.
