First of all, everything you may choose to try will be good, but I recommend going for the Kobashi Omakase menu. Don’t just go for (the excellent) Maki, Rolls or Sashimi that you get at other places, too. Better try what you don’t get that easily. The selection of fresh sashimi is excellent and mora than just tuna, salmon or butter fisch; and includes several types of mussels, too. Each course is a delicate play with taste. The light smell from the kitchen, which changes every 5min depending on what’s currently being prepared, gives you an impression of Japanese cuisine and makes you wanna taste it all. We also had the Sake flight (3 different types of Sake) and beer and even more Sake before and after; ending up with approximately 90 Euro per person.

Amazing place. The service was really friendly and the food was just amazing. The quality of the fish is really another level specially the salmon was unbelievable soft and full of flavor, kind of buttery taste. The tuna was also so soft, almost melting in the mouth. We had the nigiri mix and the one with eel was a bit dry for my taste. I would change that one for another salmon one. I think would be nice if they would have some candles or something outside because it was not so comfy but I honestly cannot complain

The restaurant was very cosy and modern. But the food was not that exciting. We started with 4xNigiri Sushi (avocado/salmon) they were tasty and nice looking. The main course was Ramen and they were both average tasting, OK not more. And quite frankly they did not look that fantastic either. The chicken in the one of the ramen was dry and tasteless and the egg I expected to be more marinated. I would not recommend this place if you want ramen, maybe I would go here for some sushi or some other food.

All in all it is a nice place, staff is super nice and to be honest, I would give 3 stars if I would rate only food. Why 3 stars for food? We had Edamame, that would get a 4, good but not great. Other dish were two ramen, one was Shoyu and the other one was with pork (can't remember the name). Both were too salty, Shoyu on the border of not being edible so not very pleasant. For these two I owuld rate 2-3. This is more a suggestion to pay attention, otherwise, ingredients felt fresh and probably without all this salt...
