A Delightful Breakfast Spot: PAM Bakery Nestled in Vienna, PAM Bakery is a charming small cafe that's quickly become a favorite for a delightful breakfast experience. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at home, and the dedication to their craft is evident from the moment you step inside. What truly sets PAM apart is their commitment to freshness and transparency. Everything is made on the spot, and you can witness the magic firsthand thanks to their open kitchen. Watching the bakers meticulously craft croissants is a highlight—they even use a ruler to measure and cut the dough, a testament to their incredible precision! While I usually shy away from sweet breakfast items, the caramelized white chocolate croissant at PAM is an absolute game-changer. It's truly mouth-watering and an indulgence you won't regret. If you prefer something savory, their bagels are a fantastic choice, coming in a close second as my favorite. To complement your meal, PAM also offers a selection of refreshing homemade drinks, adding to the cozy and personal touch of the place. The experience is topped off by the nice and friendly staff, who ensure every visit is a pleasant one. If you're in Vienna and looking for a superb breakfast with freshly baked goods and a warm atmosphere, PAM Bakery is a must-visit!

Sehr beeindruckende Backwaren, guter Kaffee und zuvorkommender Service :)

The service is friendly, but that’s about the only redeeming quality here. The price-to-quality ratio is borderline offensive. A €16 breakfast gets you two lifeless slices of ham, a sad piece of cheese, and a bit of bread. The pastries are slightly better, but let’s be real—if I’m paying €6 for a croissant, it should be exceptional, not something indistinguishable from a mass-produced supermarket pastry. And then there’s the water situation: I asked for water with my coffee and was served what looked like a shot glass of it. When I politely requested a proper glass, like a normal human being, I was told that tap water comes at an extra charge. Tap water. For an additional fee. That’s not just disappointing—it’s outright ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that is actually worth it.

I met a group of friends here with my 2 year old and one of the first things the barista said to me was, "how many more of you are coming bc we do have another reservation...." Mind you there was a four top next to us which was completly free. Nice friendly welcome.....not! I ordered a drink, a glass of water and a cookie both of which were good. Inevitably I needed to change my son's diaper but they didn't have a changing table and when I asked they didnt offer an alternative or apologize. This is a very basic amenity and should be available in public cafes or restaurants. We had to walk down the street to a childrens store. They also charged us 50cents for tap water which is outrageous. If you're going to charge for tap water you should at least inform the customer when they order it. I had the general feeling that me and my group we were less than welcome there and I will not be retuning. Disappointing as the food looked good, but the service was just too rude for...
