Just tried to have food at the restaurant. It is Christmas day, most restaurants are closed in the surrounding streets and we found this place open, quite close to the hotel we're staying in. There were plenty of tables available online to reserve, so we presumed we'd be welcomed. When we arrived our one year old baby was asleep in her stroller, it was cold outside and we were hungry. The restaurant has a couple stairs so we carried the stroller up carefully and entered the restaurant. We were happy to see many tables free.
However that was the end of the excitement since the staff were very unfriendly (especially the manager guy) and said they were booked out despite so many tables being free. They neither cared nor showed any kindness towards our state with the sleeping baby and cold weather outside.
They asked for an online reservation, so I pulled out my phone and reserved one instantly, which also got "accepted". Now I asked if they would give us a table, they denied. At one point they even said online booking done on the same evening doesn't count - aka "ist wurst" is what he said in German. Since I kept insisting, they had no choice so they said: "if you wait for 45 minutes, may be. Reservations get accepted automatically". Whatever that means.
Thank you, but no thank you - would rather sleep hungry. While I totally understand work-pressure on Christmas day etc. I just wish there was more humanity, let alone customer friendliness. I just hope karma doesn't bite you...

I looove this place and can highly recommend it . I have not once been disappointed for dinning and and for take away . This restaurant combines different ways of cooking in china . It offers amazing dishes such as friend noodles , fried rice , noodle soup , seafood plates and so on and one thing that is in all of them is the seasonal veggies and ingredients . I have noticed that whatever is currently in season is used in their meals giving it a freshness and diversity I love seeing . In my picture is the fried while fish which is suuuper good and addicting . Also what I can never wait to have again is the hand pulled bundle soup with tofu . The noodles are perfect consistency and the portion super big ! I recommend asking for the home made chili oil because dropping some drops of that into the soup gives it the extra kick it needs.
So if you would like to experience some authentic Chinese kitchen which is fresh and filling but not heavy you go...

Later, another waitress came saying both of our lunch come with rice, and whether she can take away 1 rice. I said why? She said because I already ordered 1 rice. I said oh, in this way we just had 2 rice, and don’t need to pay for the one we ordered. She said yes. But the bill included 2.8 euros for the rice. I paid without looking and afterwards I checked and asked them why. She started to say her boss is not here, then she said the lunch price is set whether there is rice or not…. I asked to speak with the lady who approached us and took the rice away . They argued in front of me! And I said you can just return me the money. Then she said: normally people who dine out wouldn’t care about small thing like this … I said I care, I won’t pay for the food I didn’t have. Worst...
