Met a local Viennese who told us to stay away from what he termed the Bermuda Triangle - an area known for its late night touristy bars. Naturally, I took this as a recommendation! However, the area was a bit mad, a bit like a small-scale Temple Bar in Dublin. The bars had thumping music oozing out onto the streets. All except one bar. This one. Friendly bartenders that really go above and beyond, kooky but charming regulars, good stream of tourists and locals cycling in and out to banter with, good selection of craft and tap beers. Yup, love this place.

Good alone or in groups. Very laid-back atmosphere. Just can get crowded at times when it’s that critical time of the night where everyone is getting seconds and thirds all at once like crazy

If you're a beer lover, in Vienna, you must visit this place. I've found a Black IPA, and an Imperial IPA along with 3 other homebrewed lagers the day of my visit. Lucas, that was helping us this day is super friendly. The music selection ranges from rock and metal variations, which is perfect.
