Shiso Burger 1060 — Restaurant in Vienna

Very fatty and average food but waaay overpriced for what they offer. Many better burger places around. Staff is slow and unfriendly.

-) And also sitting is only good in half the restaurant, the other is either totally on display and shared with the staff on break at the entrance. -) Or on banks you can't move and are way too far away from the table. -) No private feeling at all. -) So yeah basically an "experience" for one time only. -) For that amount of money you can get way better quality and experience. -) Also check the other...

The ambiance and the staff were really good, but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the food. The beef burger was supposed to be medium, but it was overcooked, which made it dry. Also, although it was described as lemon-chili, I couldn’t taste anything different – it just tasted like a regular burger. The main issue, however, was with the portobello mushroom burger. You only put a single medium-sized mushroom inside, which was quite disappointing. Honestly, I expected it to be a mushroom-based patty from the menu description. Serving a burger with just a 20-30 gram piece of mushroom doesn’t really make sense. To be honest, I found it rather ridiculous – I still laugh when I look...

Great tasty food and vegetarian options!! I stumbled into here as it was right around the corner from my hotel on my first night in Vienna and had a lovely meal. I had the tofu burger which was nicely marinated and had good sauce and toppings. I've also never had a bun like the one here but it was really nice. The vegan cheese was also great, and didn't grease up like a lot of the others I've had. The sweet potato fries were cut into strip shapes which is new to me but actually meant there was more crisp to each one which I enjoyed a lot.
