Pho Ever — Restaurant in Vienna

I got a package with too good to go, the summer rolls were literally rotten and smelling bad. Worst summer rolls, I ever had. Also low value not as stated in the app.It was bad impression. Its a good way to test. This way you understand, who values their customers.

Reply to your answer: No, you give away food at end of the day which you need to throw because you are not supposed to offer it the next day, not rotten food. Your food was older than just a day, you can be sued for selling rotten food! I think you misuse the whole purpose of the app. And just a walk up on Mariahilferstrasse you get freshly made summer rolls 3x for 4 euros. With this service, i don't think, I will ever buy anything from you.

I traveled 30 countries and eaten enough and believe me, I know what is bio and what is not, the food was rotten and...

I went to get Pho soup with beef. After i paid and sat down i asked if they could make the beef well done, because typially for Pho the meat is not completly welldone, but as I had been feeling ill I wanted to make sure its cooked.

The older cook guy came to me with a very rude manner and asked "what!?" i began to say the word "beef cook-" and he began louldy explaining how good quality the meat there is and why would i ask him to cook it more etc and all in a very rude and loud tone. I was so close to geting up and leaving because I felt very scared of him, but I had already paid so i tried to sit and eat but I was feeling so uncomfortable and afraid of him, I left without finishing my food.

In the future please just listen to what your customer is asking for before you freak out...

we were excited to try this place given the great ratings. This place seemed to be owned by chinese people which is no problem at all, just something we noticed.

Food wise we weren’t convinced of the pho and other dishes we tried. We would not come back or recommend this place to anyone who - similar to us - believes to find great pho and this Drive here to eat. You might swing by if you are close by.

Normally we’d give 2 stars, but given the rude answers of the owners to all the „bad reviews“ here, I am sure he/she will have some negative words or judgments to make about this one too. Not a nice way to treat customers even though if they speak out loud...
