ordering by two Latinos, we were treated with disdain as if a MS and PhD from the best universities in USA we were required to understand barked German.

we had to ask repeatedly about one part of our order only to be sneered at. advertised as frape sherbet... glass of ice where they dumped bottled ice tea. garbage.

pastry thing STALE

capuchino more garbage- made with watered down plain supermarket coffee. oh and try asking for no or low lactose milk ...

avoid this place - very bad food and nasty people.

Uno pensaría que el prejuicio de los mismos matones que perdieron ambas guerras mundiales habría disminuido, pero no, en este lugar estan vivos y bien.

Al hacer el pedido, como dos latinos nos trataron con desdén, como graduados de maestría y doctorado de las mejores universidades de EE. UU. debíamos entender cuando nos gritan alemán.

Tuvimos que preguntar repetidamente sobre una parte de nuestro pedido, solo para que se burlaran de nosotros. Se anuncia como sorbete frapé... vaso de hielo donde tiraron té helado embotellado. Basura.

Capuchino, otra basura: hecho con café de supermercado diluido en agua. Ah, y trate de pedir leche sin lactosa o con bajo contenido de lactosa...

Bin laufend vor Ort: Vormittags wenig Personal an den Kassen, Schlange bis draußen - eine Kasse offen

Nachmittags oftmals mehr Leute hinter der Theke als Kunden im Geschäft. Trotzdem geht es nicht wesentlich schneller voran als vormittags da Mitarbeiter lustlos herumstehen/-gehen, teilweise mit 'zivil gekleideten' Mitarbeitern die mit ihnen hinter der Theke stehen ausgiebig kommunizieren während sie bedienen.

Nur eine Kundin war zuvor vor mir im Geschäft und wollte ein Ciabatta in drei Teile geschnitten haben für die Kinder. Dauerte ewig, ob es von Erfolg gekrönt war weiß ich nicht, da ich dann doch 'schneller' war. Als ich dem gemächlichen Treiben hinter der Theke so zusah mussten die Mitarbeiter von der Kundin darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass ich schon bedient werden könnte von einem/einer der 3-4 umstehenden Mitarbeiterinnen. Ein Schauspiel :D

Als die Dame zurecht um mehr Eile bat da sie noch was vor hatte, wurde ihr der Einkauf auf den Tresen geklatscht und wie auf Kommando böse Blicke der vorher lethargisch wirkenden Mitarbeiter (zumindest 3) zugeworfen. Das funktionierte...
