VeganX - vegane Konditorei Wien — Restaurant in Vienna

I ended up here because I googled vegan pastry shops and they came up as one of the highest rated.

Pros: The service is good. They had plenty of vegan options. I didn't count but at least 15. The cookies looked good. So full stars on the service and the amount of vegan options.

Cons: I had a slice of pistachio cake and it looked like it has been sitting there for 2 days or more. The top started to dry out. It didn't taste very exciting. And it was 6 euros. Should have reduced the price. I should have gotten the berry and vegan whip cream one. There are only 2 tables inside and they seat only 5 people. This feels more like a bakery then a cafe.

I also saw a lot of really weird reviews for this place. Honestly if I have looked at them before I would not have gone here. There are a lot of 1 star reviews and some of them look fake but the account owner responds to them that they are troll accounts. There are also a good bit of 5 star reviews that look fake. All the reviews are probably the weirdest part.

VeganX - Vegane Konditorei Wien: Unglaublich!

Ich muss zugeben, ich bin normalerweise kein Fan von veganem Essen. Ich finde es oft geschmacklos und irgendwie... künstlich. Aber VeganX hat mich komplett vom Gegenteil überzeugt!

Ich war mit Freunden dort, die mich überredet haben, diese vegane Konditorei auszuprobieren. Ich war skeptisch, sehr skeptisch. Aber der erste Bissen von dem Kuchen hat mich umgehauen! Er war unglaublich saftig, dass ich nicht glauben konnte, dass er vegan war!

Die Auswahl ist beeindruckend. Von klassischen Torten über moderne Kreationen bis hin zu verschiedenen Macarons war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir haben uns durch verschiedene Stücke probiert und jedes einzelne war ein Genuss. Die Texturen waren perfekt, die Aromen ausgewogen und die Präsentation wunderschön.

Das Personal war ausserdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns die verschiedenen Kuchen und Torten zu erklären und uns bei der Auswahl zu beraten.

VeganX hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen. Ich kann diese Konditorei wärmstens empfehlen, egal ob Sie Veganer sind oder nicht. Es ist ein absolutes Muss für jeden Naschkatzen in Wien!
