Complete rip-off. I recommend going to the place next to them (the street closer to Stephan's Dome).
We went there one evening, wanting to try a different place. But the guy put a lot of horseradish and pickels inside the hotdog without asking us if we wanted, and then charged us 6 euros more for those, because they were "extras". When I tried to complain he just yeld "next, next!". Needless to say that the huge amount of horseradish made it imposible to eat the hotdog, and we ended up throwing them away.
I would recommend to avoid this place especially if you are a tourist. Go to the one next to them, and get the cheese hotdog. It's cheeper (half the price of the ones from here), and they don't try to...

During your order process, you won't be notified for the charge for condiments let alone ketchup and mustard. If you try to argue, the owner would come out to educate you to read their menu. The menu does have English translation but the English font is much smaller than German font.
The sausage stand at Albertina is much better with cheaper price and much friendlier staff, you are better off going there than this...
