WHAT A SHAM! Never in my 24 years on God's green earth have I suffered such an abomination. The first strike of the evening occurred when our waiter (let's call him Gunther for the purpose of this review) brought us the wrong water, bottled instead of tap. We asked for this water to be changed from bottled to tap, in order to avoid the €3.20 charge. However Gunther would not oblige as he had already entered this into 'the computer' and it would be difficult to change. Although Gunther did promise us free tap water to make up for this confusion. This set the tone for the evening. While Gunther was taking our orders I stated I would like the 'Chicken Basket', to which Gunther replied 'Great choice sir'. When the chicken basket arrived I was greeted with something that Ronald Mcdonald would be ashamed to put his name to, a crude assortment of frozen chicken and chips that does not belong in a prime area in a beautiful city. Upon asking for the bill Gunther stated he would bring us our free water (when our meal was finished), which he dubbed 'Holy Water.' I am no expert Theologian but I fail to see how the water could be holy unless a Priest was on hand to bless it, which is unlikely as the establishment was a den of sinners! I could go on but I think my point has been made, this was a truly horrific experience and Vienna deserves better.

We had a wonderful dining experience here! The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. After so much pasta and meat, I opted for a salad, which was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. Our server, Adrian, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. He even shared a little about his Persian wife and daughter, such a nice personal touch! The restaurant itself is cozy and charming, with a low ceiling, small tables, and a beautiful interior, especially the large basement area. Despite being in a tourist-heavy area, the prices were fair, and the portions were generous. We tried the schnitzel and sausages, and both were flavorful and well-prepared. The waitstaff did a great job managing all the tables inside and outside on the patio. Bathrooms were spotless, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable dinner in Vienna. Whether you're dining inside or on the patio, the ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. Don't miss a peek inside, the decor is beautifully done. We’re so glad we found this gem for dinner!

Not recommend this place at all. I went there last night for dinner. They told us we don't need to wait to be seated, so we found a table for 4 and sat down. When the waiter showed up, we asked if they had an English menu, the answer was no. So, we asked him to explain the menu and we ordered our food. While we were waiting for our food, a party of 10 arrived. After checking the place they found a few tables near us and sat down. At this point, the waiter showed up and told them with a very rude tone that if they are 10 people, they have to wait for the waiter to be seated (and this rule wasn't written anywhere). A few minutes later, one of the people in that group asked the same waiter if they could place an order. He replied very firmly "No, I have to first tell you where to sit". At this point, we noticed a couple from this group got up and left. So our food arrived. We all had French Fries on the side, but there wasn't any ketchup on the table or with the food. We asked the waiter if we can have some ketchup. He asked how many?!!! We replied enough for us. He came back with two packs of ketchup, same small packs that you get at McDonald's when you order take out. Sure enough it wasn't enough for 4 of us. We asked again if we could have a few more. He asked again "How many? 4?" We said yes. So, he came back with 4 more packs. We didn't open 2 of them and left it on the table. When we got our bill, we noticed a charge of 4.80 Euro for ketchups! We called the waiter and told him that if there was extra charge for ketchup, he should have told us. He referred us to their German menu and said it is written there! Remember he was supposed to tell us what was on the menu and he never mentioned about it. To avoid any argument, we told him that at least he could take off the two that we didn't use. He refused! We asked to speak to the manager, he said: "if you want to speak to the manager, come with me". I said no, we want the manager to come here. To make the long story short, we waited more than 10 minutes for the manager to come. He seemed to be mad that we called him, and was neither apologetic for their waiter's behaviour nor willing to listen to us. The best he could do as he was walking away from our table was to tell the waiter to refund 1 Euro for the 2 ketchup that we didn't touch. So, we left with a bad experience and of course I didn't leave a tip for the waiter. I have to add that the food wasn't great either. It came very cold and didn't...

Terrible food. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. We had a ladies night out here tonight, 11/20/2015. First of all, it took about an hour to take our orders for drinks and another half an hour to order our food. As we had been waiting for so long to even order our drinks, I walked to one of the waiters to call for his attention and he simply walked off from where he was and yelling at me that he does not have time! Another waiter finally cake over to our table with a very sad face and extremely impatient. When the food arrived, they had one order wrong and two of us could not eat our food as it was so salty! Our lips even had that burning sensation from salt. We call the waiter who served us and told him that the food was too salty but he couldn't let us speak. He was only interested to tell us that we were not telling the truth because to him the food is not salty and nothing is wrong with it.. He took off to go get his manager and when the manager arrived, to our surprise, he also told us that his food was not salty. That they have been preparing that food, Gulash with calf and another saucy meal with egg noodles, for 40 years and that how it is! We could not believe our ears! 40 years salt water and pieces of meat! well bravo.... I would only advise customers to stay far away from this restaurant. Horrible and unfriendly manager and staff! This was a grill...

I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the appalling treatment we received at Chattanooga. The short haired waitress, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, demonstrated a level of unprofessionalism and discrimination that is utterly unacceptable.

From the moment we entered, it was evident that she treated us differently based on our nationality. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and she made no attempt to hide her disdain towards us. This blatant discrimination negatively impacted our dining experience and left us feeling unwelcome.

It is disheartening to see such behavior in a place that should be promoting inclusivity and hospitality. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of our background.

I sincerely hope that Chattanooga takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue of discriminatory behavior among its staff. I urge the management to conduct proper training to instill values of equality and respect in their employees.

Until we see significant changes in the staff's behavior, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Chattanooga to anyone. As customers, we should be valued and appreciated, not subjected to discrimination and bias.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the establishment to rectify these issues and ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment for...
