Wiener Stadtbräu — Restaurant in Vienna

Discrespectful staff. After asking the lady at the outside counter if there are seats available, we (3 persons) find a free table ouside with two chairs. Grab another chair from the next table, which was available. The table was small, considering that we would also eat, so when a more spacious table got free, we changed the table. (Keep in mind this is within 5 minutes, and the order is not done yet). After going to the other table (4 chairs), after 5 minutes a guy waiter comes and without even saying hello, or sorry, he asks: DID YOU MOVE FROM THAT TABLE TO HERE? Saying yes, since it was true, the waiter goes: you can’t change tables without letting the staff know. (Keep in mind that there are no reservations required, and no table was appointed to us when going there). The guy goes: you can’t sit here, since it’s a table of four, and i need this table to be available when 4 people come. To add to this, on the same type of table on our right was a couple, which lead to the conclusion that this is not something written in stone, since it wasn’t the case for them. The server(waiter) spilled the juice while he serving to us, so the glass was broken and there were many pieces of juice glasses all around our table. He changed our dish to the new plate, but the juice was everywhere and our clothes were wet. However, the waiter only cleaned the table, without giving us some tissues. So the other table people (who sat next to us) gave us the wet tissue, tissue, and they even gave us a new chair because I couldn’t even sit my wet chair (It was sticky and messy). He said sorry to us, and then a few minutes later, he asked us why we don’t give him the tip. We didn’t satisfied with his service so we answered we just want to pay for the food, but he kept asking us that the tip is for him but why don’t we add the tip. I felt so rude about his attitude, and he just threw the receipt to our plate and left us. We couldn’t take our receipt because it was ruined by the sauce on the plate. I don’t know why we have to receive this kind of service, we tried to smile even if he made the mistake! Because it was our last night and we didn’t want to ruin it! My family and I have been going to this restaurant a lot of times and never had any problems.. but last weekend we were there to eat spareribs and ordered 3x spareribs with 4x rice. So 3x rice and 1x extra rice. The waiter came with 3x spareribs with fries and i asked politely that i ordered rice instead of fries but the waiter and the manager told me very impolite that i have to wait and that the rice are coming. Anyways we got fries and rice and after we ate i wanted to get the bill and checked how much it was. Guess what 3x rice with the spareribs costs 7.50€ each rice and 1x extra rice was 5€. I asked again politely what the difference was but he shouted that i should asked the cashier and not him because he was just the waiter … at the end i just paid the full price and went off.. very bad experince and would NOT recommend this...
