I recently had the pleasure of visiting 360 Bar & Cafe and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the stylish decor and cozy atmosphere. The panoramic view of Baku from the top floor is breathtaking, and the live music performance was simply amazing.

2/5 - Disappointing Experience at Hilton at the Top, Baku

My recent visit to Hilton at the Top in Baku was marred by poor service. Our waiter consistently interrupted us for bill payment, despite our requests for privacy and time. To make matters worse, he failed to inform us their kitchen closure timings, and we were left with no option for food.

The constant interruptions made us feel rushed and unwelcome. We specifically asked for time to relax and enjoy our evening, but the waiter seemed more concerned with getting us to settle the bill and leave.

Expected more from a reputable establishment like Hilton. Improvement needed in staff training and customer service.
