KEFLI Local Wine & Snacks — Restaurant in Baku City

A small wine bar with a big personality and an excellent selection of around 20 wines by the glass, all at very fair prices. Don't pass up the fantastic pate to complement your wine. One of the best versions I've had, light and airy and simply delicious with the toasted bread - a meal in itself. Well, it was for me!! I sat at the small bar that seats around 8 to 10 folks and had fantastic service from Lev 2 (that's what my reciept said anyway), who really warmed up when I started to ask questions about the wines and he realised that I was genuinely interested. Visited the bar last year with colleagues (2024) but was brief due to unforeseen circumstances within our party. The management dealt with it swiftly and with compassion, so, whilst revisiting Baku again this year, I decided to revisit this bar and found it.
