Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in New Providence

Besides the cashier and security, the environment was absolutely horrendous and unprofessional. There was no reason for patrons to be privy to very loud discussions about employees being disgruntled about pay and the time they are to clock out.

Everyone was so transfixed on that conversation, customers were forgotten and became uninterested.

Aside from that, the pizza had an after taste and it's not one of wanting more- there is a bitterness to it and the crust is tough.

On the upside, I did enjoy the feta topping on the pizza but the BBQ chicken was not good. The cheesy bread was "ok". I sincerely have no desire to return as a result.

Service is poor especially with their customer service that can attend to certain regions of Nassau, so you are out of luck in ordering through them. Don't let it be an hour and a half before you order, they will not answer or state they do not take orders a hour before closing. I don't understand what type of service are they running but dominos, Papa jones, and Little Ceasers would be preferable then their establishments. Pizzas are okay, I've tried a lot of pizzas from different restaurants, but this one doesn't scream exciting, if you ask me. They need some rework with the way they are operating. There are other pizza joints you could consider, I just wouldn't list...

I walked in to order a small cheese pizza and apple bites and after 45 minutes I finally walked out without my food. During that time the phone was ringing constantly with no one picking up. One customer who ordered online came and picked up his order and complained about the time of his order. Another customer who ordered ahead had to come back because his order was wrong and all along this one woman working the counter provided the worst service. I lost my $16 dollars but it wasn’t worth my time waiting any longer. All the poor people who came after me are probably still there waiting for their food.
