Sea Glass is a hidden gem inside Atlantis. We stumbled in here this past Friday. I guess it was the live jazz that drew us in. The place was packed so we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar while we waited for a seat. I ordered a High West Double Rye! Old Fashion. Wow! Strong and delicious. Who knew Utah produced Bourbon and Rye? We finally got a seat and ordered then enjoyed some expertly prepared appetizers. We liked the Salmon Dip. I'm not sure what's in it, but I'm going back again for more. The Salmon Bruchetta was also nice and plenty for all four of us to share. And we chose the cheese plate; it was easy to share and ended up being a favorite as it had Manchengo Cheese which paired nicely with my High West Double Rye! Old Fashion. It was a great night that surprised us all. Smooth Jazz, delicious food and cocktails and a nice atmosphere filled with many people all wanting to celebrate Fri-Yeah! Check it out for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately we did not have a good experience here. Beautiful lounge/bar, support staff seemed to up to speed, helpful and professional. The ball was dropped by the bartender, over looking bar guests to serve walk ups and cater to servers. Everything required a request to him, only to be forgotten and when repeat asking he said he never heard our request. Lack of hospitality training (always keep your eyes up, head on a swivel, and acknowledge every guest even if you cant serve them immediately, ignoring them is not the answer), Arrogant. Poor bartender skills (free pouring w/o regard of portions, every drink we saw came out different. When you charge a premium price, consistency is an absolute must. Let alone cost to the operations). Bartop and liquor storage racks were a disaster, by the appearance you would have thought it was dinner rush hour. It was not. Sorry Seaglass, maybe implement bar...

I did wish there was a hostess to greet patrons and provide information and direction. I had pineapple passion cocktail which was premiere drink for Atlantis. My wife did not want to drink before dinner so she had grapefruit mocktail which was quite tasty. There was free bar snacks which was nice touch. Waitress was quite busy on a Friday night but she was nice. We felt there should be more staff. Also wished there was more ambiance like more sea glass sculptures. I expected more sea glass everywhere instead of just one chandelier. Outside view would be better if not so dark...
