Shark Bites Express — Restaurant in New Providence

I was really excited to be able to come to this resort with my family until my daughter in-law brought back our lunch purchased at the shark bites express poolside bar. We were shorted one of our orders. She went back up with a smile on her face and came back looking down hearted. She was called a liar and told to count the items in the dag. She then said she did and that is way she is back at the counter. She then asked for the manager and relieved the same attitude. I am a manager myself and when I went to the counter to try and reason with them I received the same response. Although the resort itself is nice the service provided was extremely rude! Here 5/30/24, at around 4pm, they ran out of everything we wanted, but understandable. The customer service and disrespect, unfathomable. Screaming and bluntly rude as we are asking for things they ran out of, yelling at their own staff, yelling at the people before me in line about some discount, then yelling at me because they forgot one of our hotdogs, one! I knew they were having a difficult time, so I gave up. My husband goes back for the issue, same level of disrespect. He just bought the damn hotdog+ another one. Customer service is a zero, especially they brought the other worker into it and the manager and they immediately just had each others back regardless. I mean, great for friendship, bad...

My wife and I sat at the bar and after 15 minutes of waiting, we could not get any employee to even make eye contact with us. My wife walked to the end of the bar and asked a waitress for a menu and she said, “no.” After 5 more minutes, she walked to a waitress stand where there was a large stack of menus. She grabbed one and the waitress said she needed that and my wife said there’s a huge stack and she only needed one. That’s two waitresses that were very rude. You would think with the amount of money we’ve spent so far we would get decent service but not there. Obviously, we never got waited...
