Firstly, I called to inquire about your closing time, and I was informed that you close at 2 o'clock. However, upon visiting the restaurant, I was asked to leave at 1 o'clock, which was not only contradictory but also highly inconvenient. This miscommunication resulted in a disrupted dining experience and left me feeling frustrated. Furthermore, the behavior of your staff was highly unprofessional. Several members of your team were at the bar, speaking loudly and creating a disruptive atmosphere. Circa is a place that is not safe for mixed groups or single ladies. We were a group of 20+ people mixed group with more ladies for Friday brunch. First there was a Saudi gentleman taking video of ladies dancing. This was communicated to the staff and was handled, subsequently one gentleman at the bar starting harassing our group then he proceeded to come to our table with physical harassment this was immediately communicated to the staff yet no action was taken. This escalated to a physical fight as the group had to defend itself and the ladies that were present from the physical aggression. The aftermath was handled even more poorly than the initial issue as the staff demanded all of us to leave immediately. As we were leaving the same gentleman was in the parking and attacked unsuspecting members of our group. Overall the staff showed poor handling of bad situation did not show care or concern for the safety for the ladies and the group safety from aggressors and apparently welcome shady personalities and accept uncivil behavior in their establishment. Hands down the WORST dining experience in Bahrain! The setting is like a rented and cheap events' hall, overcrowded, dark, with a very loud band, obnoxious music, dismal, bland food portions which are way overpriced, the beverage glasses had a fishy and off-putting smell, and the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. The waiters forgot to place 90% of my order, so I ended up waiting over an hour for tacos and a drink, which was just the appetizer, and they managed to get that wrong as well, and when I asked them to rectify my order 3 times, they simply ignored my requests and didn't tend to our table till we asked for the bill. When they actually approached my table to continuously ask what went wrong instead of staff were getting too close physically which is very uncomfortable in any instance, including living amidst a pandemic. No stars for this place (I had to give 1 star to post this review) and definitely NOT recommended. Your time and money will be much better spent literally anywhere else.
