Just Grillin' Sunset Crest — Restaurant in Holetown

We’ve eaten from this restaurant a few times and I have mixed reviews. My friend and I wanted grilled food and this place popped up in my google search. The first time I called we wanted a takeaway. I asked the customer service representative what was on the menu, and she preceded to ask if I’m near a computer in a disgusted tone. I thought that was her job! Anyway, we ordered the shrimp and bbq spare ribs with rice, corn, and macaroni pie for takeaway. It was absolutely delicious. We went back a second time for the same meal and it was also great. This rep was very professional and welcoming. There was a slight mistake with the order but everyone makes mistakes :). The third time I wanted the same meal (I’m a bit crazy for bbq ribs), but my friend went with the jerk chicken platter this time around. With high hopes of enjoying the meal, we were beyond disappointed at the first bite. The rice was slightly hard, my ribs weren’t properly seasoned nor covered with bbq sauce and everything was forcibly packed into one box. It was very clear the chef that prepared this meal was different and needed more training. The first two meals were well done and properly packaged. The spare ribs were placed in one box and my sides (macaroni pie and corn) were in another. Same thing for my friend’s meal. But today, the pie was at the bottom of the box and the ribs were just thrown on top with the corn on the sides. The pie was crushed out because the person forcibly closed the box. Awful packaging! Same thing for my friend’s meal. Our last meal wasn’t the best but the way it was packaged made it even worst. If these issues are resolved...

Came here after snorkeling and walking around for a bit. We both ordered a burger. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the food took awhile to get. Once we got the food, it was a let down. Not worth the wait or price. The burger had no real flavor and had two small pieces of cut lettuce on there. What?!? How do you not put a full piece of lettuce on? I asked for no tomato which they left on which isn’t a big deal but it’s annoying. The coleslaw was mediocre compared to the amazing coleslaw I’d been eating in Barbados at other places. The corn on the cob was shriveled up and kind of hard like it was microwaved for way too long. There was no seasoning on it either. My husband got fries and a Cesar salad for his sides and the salad was very small with runny flavorless dressing. The fries were alright. Overall, we were really hungry so we ate it but it was the worst meal we had in Barbados. Definitely would...

This restaurant has a casual laid back atmosphere, whether dining in or take out, it's always good food at value with generous portions...with 2 locations and both ideally situated...this one is my favorite.

From platters to sandwiches with your side orders, along with beers, soft drinks, liquors and blended cocktails...everything is tasty, delicious and fresh, they also offers prepackaged desserts.

This however is not a service restaurant, so don't go with such expectations...your number is called and you pickup...so no additional charges or tips.

The restaurant is clean and comfortable with a nice atmosphere of relaxation, just about everything you need is in close proximity including your accommodations.

The staff however is too laid back and a lot can be said about their unfriendly body language towards customers, especially in an area that is steeped with tourists, and quite popular...
