this place has gone downhill, came here a few months ago and staff was way friendlier then what they have now, came here at 7:45pm on a Saturday store doesn't close till 8:30, me and my family were waiting for 30 mins a female worker comes in closes the door on our face, not letting us in we knocked asking if we can order and she said "we're cleaning up and throwing out the trash you have to wait "okay which we don't mind we're respectful but then she starts mopping the flooring and turning off the lights we took that as a sign to leave , horrible customer service, but if this how they run this place, and the amount of bad reviews on this store no wonder why...

Was looking forward to some bubble tea with my girls. We stopped in at Bee Bubble Tea, we were so excited to try a new place. We asked for a mango slushie, we were told it wasn’t available. We also wanted tapioca pearls, that option wasn’t available either. So we ended up with strawberry milk tea with popping boba. It was terrible. It was watered down, and barely tasted like strawberries. We also got a brown sugar milk tea, that one was overly sweet. There wasn’t an even balance.
