Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

The bathroom rules here are so demeaning. I just recently gave birth and really needed to use the bathroom before my order cause I needed to add money to the app and do a whole process on the app before ordering. I asked if I could use the bathroom and explained that I just gave birth really needed to use the bathroom and would order something right after. No consideration. Refused to let me use the bathroom as if I was some criminal. Placed an order for something small instead of what I was planning to get and used the bathroom but will never return again. I expected the bathroom to be clean and at least decent if it’s so heavily guarded but as you can see in the photo it was disgustingly filthy. Also the toilet paper roll was on the floor and dirty as if customers are savages and don’t deserve respect. Starbucks treats their customers like trash but it’s Starbucks...

Very confused by the service. Half the workers were huddled together having a very casual conversation with the each other when there were mobile orders and people waiting in line to be done. Like, pls at least work while u converse? I also ordered venti drinks but they weren’t filled to the top as seen in the image below. I also was informed that there wasn’t any whip cream, but my drink came with whip cream anyways there for there was less of my actual drink. I ordered a venti for a reason, whip cream is meant on top of the drink not filling up half my cup, i think it would have been wise to at least ask if the customer wanted the whip cream- which probably was left unrefrigerated hence the soggy cream. The drink is still okay...

I’d like to express my gratitude to Jas, a supervisor at this location. I called last night to request some empty coffee cups for a class event I’m hosting, as I’m a teacher for NYC Public schools. I thought the chances of them giving me some of these cups was slim to none, but Jas was VERY kind and was able to make it happen. A small gesture always goes a long way. When I came to pick it up today, I was greeted kindly by a girl with red curly hair who already knew what I was picking up. I had a great experience and appreciate how much this location appears to care about their community and giving back. Like I said, a small gesture goes a long way. I will continue to purchase...
