Read moreI recently visited a Jewish restaurant that oddly claims to be a Chinese eatery, and I have to say—this is definitely NOT a Chinese restaurant. The experience was confusing, to say the least.
First, the food. I ordered the "sweet and sour chicken," but it was incredibly mediocre. It didn't even come with the typical sweet and sour sauce you'd expect at a Chinese place. Instead, it was just a bland and unimpressive dish that missed the mark completely. Someone at my table ordered the "orange chicken," which turned out to be a schnitzel doused in what seemed like an entire jar of orange jam. It was bizarre, to put it mildly. Also all dishes come with out rice..not a common chinese experience.
Then there's the atmosphere. It was not Chinese in any way. The ambiance felt shady, and we couldn't shake the feeling of being judged by the other patrons, who were mostly locals. The overall vibe was uncomfortable, far from the warm, welcoming atmosphere you'd hope for in a dining experience.
If you're looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, this is not the place. Save yourself the confusion and...

Certainly NOT great food, NOT great place, NOT great service... I sincerely do not understand the other reviews !
The choice of food was very limited: no fish and no veal ... which were listed on the menu.
That is the worst chinese food that I have ever eaten. Tasteless food ... and even some ingredient was missing in one dish. After I politely informed the waiter that one ingredient was missing, he did not propose to replace the dish and he did not come back to us.
I ordered some beers, but there is no chinese beer ... in fact, there is no Chinese staff and no Chinese atmospere in this place. I ordered some still water, but the waiter never brought the water bottle.
I left extremely disappointed as the high rating/reviews said this place was a top restaurant. And I am now feeling sick...
