Came upon this wine bar/shop after enjoying a random (to us, maybe not locals) and raucous rock show on the street near city center. We were looking for a nice night cap and ask the friendly owner to bring us what he thought we needed. A soothing black vermouth hit the spot! My girlfriend and I went yesterday to this little hidden gem in Bruges, a young and super chill atmosphere. We discovered the Mittenballen on the menu and fell in love with them so much that we ordered them again right after! Mickael (hope I spelled that right) was incredibly kind to us, recommending what to eat and drink, and he even spent time with us, showing and letting us try his handmade kimchi, which was really good!
