Stopped in for what we thought would be a nice evening of pizza. Waited at the door for a bit. When asked how many we said two. They told us we did not have a reservation to which we said correct. They said they could not (or more likely would not) seat us. We looked around at a mostly empty seating area and left. Them not seating us was just fine, because with the attitude of the host we didn’t want to spend our money here. The food? Small portions and high prices. The pasta was fine, but nothing memorable. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere itself is lovely and full of potential. We were expecting warmth, charm, maybe a touch of Italian flair—think gracious service, big smiles, and dishes full of soul.
Sadly, none of that happened this time. It simply...
