Do not go to this place! Last Saturday, after some shopping I wanted to treat my family and made an order. There was only one person before me, it was not busy at all, I ordered food for 49 eur. The staff was obviously too busy talking to each other, came my number, the girl stapled my bag and gave it to me. I live outside Brussels and by the time I came home, well three burgers were missing, as well as one fries, I got only two onion rings and so I paid fifty bucks for half an order. I wrote a complaint they didn’t even answer back! Never again, this place is not worth your time or your money, the only burger present in my order was just one chicken tender and more salad inside. I paid so much for nothing The staff seems to be more preoccupied by gossip than the actual order of the client. This is for me the worst experience, I ll never ever spend money in that place!!!!

Little update three weeks later:

They initially responded to my complain with fake apologies, asked me to send them a copy of my invoice bla bla bla we will remediate to this situation, I sent them a copy of the invoice three weeks ago…guess what their service recovery is as bad as their service, so people if you want a good chicken burger, halal walk 300 meter further and go to Tonton Chami a street away, you will enjoy it better than at this place. Absolutely outrageous!

I actually contacted you directly, I sent you the copy of my invoice and the ticket receipt as you asked and….two months later I m still waiting for your so called Prompt customer service. The facts remain the same, I have been cheated at your restaurant you offered some excuses and asked me to send you my invoice and copy of the ticket and two months later, I never got a response but today you are obviously responding to my review and try to claim that it is accusatory and inflammatory…well had you responded when I sent you what you asked me, this would not have happened. Should I perhaps take a screenshot and publish it here before you claim that it...

I was looking for a quick bite and came across BelChicken. Seems like a no-frills fast food joint that offers a convenient option for a quick meal. The restaurant's name suggests a focus on chicken-based dishes, but the menu overall reminded me of popular fast food chains like Burger King. While there wasn't anything particularly unique about the offerings, it still provided a satisfying meal.

The ambiance at BelChicken was clean and inviting, with outdoor tables available. I received prompt and polite service.

In terms of the food, while it may not have been groundbreaking, the taste was on par with what one would expect from this type of restaurant, and the presentation was acceptable.

I thought the pricing was fair and aligned with the quality and portion...

It was alright. The food was pretty unremarkable, and tasted no different to any other chicken shop really.

I ordered on the kiosk, which was easy enough to do, and my order was ready quite soon after.

It's quite a large building, offering seating across two floors, as well as lots of outdoor seating too.

I found the tables and the seats to be a little dirty (crumbs, uncleared trays etc.), so staff should have done a better job of maintaining the cleanliness.

Overall, I was reasonably satisfied with my visit. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. If you're in the mood for fried chicken, this isn't...
