Brosella — Restaurant in Brussels

The worst experience for the service! We stopped there today for lunch, the lady taking the orders was so impolite and she didn't take the minimum of time to provide us any information. She refused to serve tap water! However, we ordered and rather than pay for tap water we pay for beers.

My friend's food arrived and my order was forgotten when I saw my friend's meal was over and mine had no signs, I asked and she was so rude saying that we needed a reservation, Avoid this place, good location but...

Today 15/09/23 had two meals at this place. Was probably the worst in our stay in Belgium. I had fish and chips. Well all burnt. Fish was like a boot tuff flat no taste chips cooked in old oil . Then partner asked for the Greek salad. In fact it was a mixture of tinned vine leaves tinned olives. And couldn’t make out what the rest was. Not at all edible. And 10euro for a water bottle. What we has wasn’t as in pictures. You’ve need let...

Initially went to Brosella for a late afternoon drink as it's near the main tourist area of Brussels but away from the really busy streets so perfect for a wind down. Our waitress encouraged us to return for dinner which we did and had a lovely meal of mussels and chips. It was a little quiet due to only a small number of customers (Thurs eve in October) which suited us but others may prefer a livelier atmosphere. I would happily...
