EXKi — Restaurant in Brussels

I had a really disappointing experience at this EXKi location. One of the male staff members was bothering my dog—who is normally very calm—and made her visibly nervous. I was hoping to enjoy a peaceful breakfast, but instead I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. The same staff member was loudly singing “oh chihuahua” while looking at my dog, which felt mocking and completely inappropriate.

To make things worse, the person who charged me for my order tossed the cutlery at me instead of handing it over politely. It came across as careless and rude.

A day before, I visited the EXKi on Rue du Marché aux Herbes 93 in Brussels and had a completely different experience. The staff there were polite, professional, and respectful—everything this visit was not.

My dog is very peaceful, and every other restaurant I’ve visited can confirm this—they often praise her for how calm and well-behaved she is. This was the first time I saw her get nervous, and it was entirely due to the staff’s behavior.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope EXKi takes this seriously, as no customer should be made to feel disrespected or disrupted of...

I went to that Exki yestrday. The staff were really friendly. I ordered a coffee. It happen to be before 11 am so I received a discount on it! The coffee was undrinkable. Either the maschine needs cleaning, it was wrongly made or this the the quality of the coffee sold at discounted price. Better paying normal price, and have a drink correctly made. Even night shops near Rogier on the parallel street which have a different specialisation sell coffee to take away which is cheap yet very aromatic. Despite the friendly staff, I am giving only 2 stars. Please note that the mark is limited to coffee only, not food served which I have not...

Rude cashiers. They don't give you the receipt and then when you go to their toilet, you realise that there is a code for it and then they sarcastically telling you that the code is on your receipt... but why do you have this ridiculous code when there is also a very rude lady outsidd the toklets who is asking for 50cents to let you in....she doesn't speak english and you barely can communicate with her and immediately comes outside yoir toilet door when she hears the flushing. Creepy... they say that after you leave the toilet she gives you a coupon to excgange it in the shop.. she gave...
