Caberdouche — Restaurant in Brussels

Really poor and extremely inpolite service. We wanted to sit at the terrace, where there were about 30 or 40 people, and a guy said we should go inside. Then we asked why we should be inside, with such a nice weather, when everyone was outside. One of the waiters said we could go outside, so we did. Then one guy who said was the manager, called Adrien, was extremely inpolite against us, saying that we should be inside, when there were still about 30 people outside!!!! I complained and said that if he wanted us to leave then he should return what we paid, he came with the money and laught at us by saying thqt we got free beers. I really think that people like this guy should never work toward the public, and even less in a managerial position, and I asked for the book of complaints, he denied to have it!!! I went several times to this cafe but I will never go until and unless they really take seriously they work for clients and the least to expect is to be treated in a polite manner. 🍺 We sat outside as it was a nice, cool, sunny day in Brussels. The square was perfect to sit, relax, and enjoy drinks and some food.

🍺 We ordered the double ham sandwich, meat lasagna, and two beers.

🍺 We just love 💕 that the Lasagna was made with real shredded beef instead of the regular frozen ground up meat. It really gave it a unique flavor and texture. Our beer was one of the best and most flavorful beer we’ve had. We are Americans so it may be just that we have terrible beer in America and this is how beer suppose to taste like 👍

I've been here before and enjoyed it although the quality has definitely degraded. Unfortunately today my waiter was an obnoxiously rude boy who clearly didn't want to work. I didn't feel welcome since the first second there when he just slammed the menus on the table. It was a quarter past noon but I was jetlagged because I had just arrived from the US. I asked if the breakfast menu was still available. He says in a very condescending tone with a mocking face "We don't serve breakfast after noon". I just stood up to leave. I explained what happened to the girl at the bar and she shrugged and she said OK ciao. Needless to say I won't be stepping foot at this...
