Absolutely pathetic service, below average food and to top it off, they have the attitude of a Michelin star restaurant. They put up fake 5 star reviews and that's why you can see them rated 4.2 - no way this is more than a 3 star rated place. I gave them a one star because that's the lowest Google allows, and I am being generous here with the 1 star. Terrible staff - the lady who took our order was outright rude to us right from the time we placed our order (we asked her to change our order from 2 Pizzas to 1 Pizza and 1 Macaroni and she point blank said told us that cannot be done - we had not even placed the order yet!). Her terrible behavior continued through the time we were there - at one point she had thrown the plate from the chef on our table while 'serving' our food. Coming to the food - it was pathetic. No other words. We ordered a macaroni, they served Penne and said this is Macaroni and blamed us for not knowing what is macaroni. The Vegetariana pizza we ordered had stale artichokes and olives that were mushy. The glass given to us to drink water was smelling. We pointed this out to the waitress and of course she continued being the most unhelpful human being that can exist and outright refused to believe anything we said. Her response? No one ever says anything bad about their restaurant, so it must be our fault. So shut up and pay and leave. Yep, that's what you sign up for if you dont appreciate their pathetic food and their terrible nonexistent service. Stay away from this place, it will be a drain of your money and will traumatize you, your family...

So, 'Google Searching' for best pizzas around me when at Grand Place, I got this place as result. The place was crowded on a Saturday evening and hence staff/attendants seemed not enough for catering to all. After some wait we got our menu and chose to go for a Funghi Pizza and a Vegetariana Lasagna. The place is great to sit outdoor as well to enjoy the busy market street. The pricing is one good part, it's not an expensive place so you can without any hesitation come here and enjoy your meal!

Taste: From my Indian taste buds' point of view, it could have had salt, and ends of crust not this dry. Taste was good, lots of mozarella cheese but I missed the tomatoes in toppings unlike what was mentioned in the menu. Lasagna was a good accompaniment, definitely not the best.

Service: Welcoming and good (I actually cannot comment much, as the day I visited was too busy for them)

Why I am giving 3 stars: I could let go of everything but wrong billing is a big turn off to me as a consumer. The pizza was priced 9€ on menu card and 11€ for the Lasagna. We we're instead billed 21€ in total where the price of Lasagna was written as 12€. 1€ may not matter but the loss of trust matters and it really disappoints. We went back and discussed quickly with an attendant and bill was corrected immediately (over-written)

Enjoy your meals, but also keep your eyes and brain 'ON', my friends!

I used to stay in Brussels very often in the same street as the Pizza Pronto place and used to eat there very often. I loved their fairly priced pizzas, wine and pasta. My favorite choices were the Macaroni de la Casa and Pizza Pepperoni. However, the last few times in a time span of a couple of months not only their service has become disappointing but also the quality of the food. Last week I went there with friends - they've changed the house wine, we had the white wine and it was too sour and nobody finished their glass. I had the Macaroni and they were just horrible, the sauce was some ugly cheap tomato sauce, they were undercooked (hard) and overly salted. The mushrooms in them were not cooked at all, basically raw. And my friends were complaining that the pizza had LOADS of garlic. When I complained to the waitress that they were undercooked and too salty, she didn't apologize, neither asked if I want to have another plate or order something else. She just took my plate angrily and went to the kitchen, came back after 10 minutes with the exact same Macaroni (they only tried to fry them a bit probably as the sauce was less creamy and liquid). Horrible experience. As I had given good words about it to other colleagues and friends, they often visited it in the past but after the few bad experiences (including one where my friend found glass in the food a couple of months ago) we are definitely NOT...

This is my second time I came back to this restaurant but it's such a disappointing dinner for me because of the bad service and awful experience. I ordered a pasta with cream cheese and found a hair at the bottom of the plate. When I told the waitress about this, she seemed like understood and brought the plate back into the kitchen. I was just waiting there for 15 minutes without any apologize or saying anything from her or the restaurant and she was ignoring us. I would never come back to this place :))

If it wasn't for the low quality of the tomato sauce and for the dough a bit lacking of salt, the pizza would be pretty good as it is made in a wooden oven. The place was nice as well as the personnel. I like that they were playing Italian songs. Unfortunatly, they didn't let us pay separately despite the sign said that separated payments were allowed for a group up to 8 people (and we were 8 people). Also, they do not serve tap water.
