What kan I say about this place? I tried to interact with the staff that have been working in the afternoon. Some of them have been not satisfied about the place and work environment they have opportunities to work. And I have been very despondent and think to get out to a different restaurant that staff are more united with the company concept. Luckily I have been mesmerised with the wide variety of food and testy for the eyes. The food flavour has been great and dessert as well. When I ask on the front desk about the caffe beens originally less info I received about it. I have several allergy to different coffee beans types and I asked for more info about its flavour and Originally type but not much info i received back. So I skip it. Than I asked one of the staff why they have very low letters info on the every products. It was hard for me to read the ingredients in English or local Language from a normal distance. I won't to see if a product has ingredients that I am alergic to. But I receive very disappointed reply back from a staff. I think the owner of the chain restaurant has to get back into the store to help and see himself how can he change so all the staff have to have the same goal for the company or the store himself. How do you want to be promoted if you are not allowed to take pictures of the environment you are enjoy with the...
Read moreGood for a healthy snack, or at least healthier than certain other fast-food restaurants. Although slightly over the average price range of a 'regular' fast-food chain, if you order for takeout you pay a bit less. (Although comparing this to a fast-food chain might be an insult.) Takeout is sometimes the best option, because it can be very crowded around noon. Exki has a lot of delicious food, and many 'alternative' dishes with a sensitivity toward the bio-ethical. The soup is usually my go to option , combined with a slice of quiche or anything that looks tasty. The cashiers are often friendly and the place is kept very clean. There is a bathroom (paid) downstairs and a changing room for babies. A good place for students because of the WiFi, microwave and...
Read moreI came in seeing the 4€ breakfast special, the cashier/barista really didn’t know any English, and proceeded to make my coffee. While trying to charge me the computer wouldn’t register the deal. Turns out- the deal ended earlier but the worker didn’t know. Had I known that I wouldn’t have gotten the coffee there. So as a result of the lack of knowledge of the barista, lack of information on the advertising board, I ended paying 3.9€ for a bad machine made coffee. That is the price of coffee at a specialty shop. Also, the worker forgot I asked for take away and so he poured the coffee into a paper cup after it was poured...
