Absolutely love this place!
Yichan is without a doubt one of my favorite spots in Brussels. The xiaolongbao are a must, delicate, flavorful, and perfectly steamed. Their Peking duck is also incredibly well-executed: crispy skin, tender meat, and beautifully served.
What truly sets Yichan apart is their cocktail experience. Their drinks are bold, creative, and show real mixology talent. I recently discovered their speakeasy, and I was blown away!! the way they reinvent cocktails is just next-level. You can really tell they put thought and heart into every detail.
Huge shoutout to the team: always welcoming, professional, and on point especially Herbert, Audrey, Diane, who consistently deliver top-tier service. And of course, kudos to the owner, Yen, for creating such a unique and high-quality dining experience.
Can’t wait...

The "smashed spicy cucumbers" can be very delicious with an pronounced intricate taste of spiciness, soy sauce and sesame oil, with a freshness of the cucumber itself, but these ones tasted like normal watery cucumbers with a bit of (not so tasty) sauce on top.
I would give this place a 4 star, because it's so well decorated, and personnel is friendly too. But the spotty food quality in combination with the very high price (at least 35 euro per person for a small hunger), makes...
Read moreWe waited and waited for 50 minutes straight. It felt awkward not being served anything and sitting in a restaurant where everyone else was eating (even the ones who arrived after us) Upon checking with the Chinese looking Waitress with Spectacles on how much more time it shall take, we got a very rude “I DONT KNOW”. She really made us feel out of place, it almost felt like we were getting de-prioritised for some reason. We still re-checked, and BAM another rude response. Food Quality - Average ( looks like we were getting penalised for not liking the starter which was a dumpling containing bones!!!) PLEASE stay away from this restaurant if you have any self respect! And Even if you visit, Please ensure you are not getting served by that chinese lady...
