Great beer selection, convivial atmosphere and an excellent selection of Belgian and international influenced dishes. It is a difficult choice deciding what to order among a bevy of delicious items. I went for a lamb dish cooked with feta and olives in a hot pot that’s similar to a Greek dish called “Lamb Kleftiko.” The staff here are very friendly - as the bartender offered me a sample of a local pale ale while I was waiting to be seated. The restaurant is busy and you aren’t left waiting to order. But once your seating you won’t wait ages for food. But during busy times, there can be a wait out the door. So go for an early dinner if you don’t want to wait long. One of the servers accidentally spilled some beer on my pants - which came out during washing. He apologized and offered me a complimentary beer, which I appreciated. I would have dined here again to try the pork knuckle with mustard sauce, which looks amazing, but the line was too long when I went back another night. A great dining experience worth a wait!

Came here for dinner and the entire experience was simply lovely. From the get go, the staff were quick, efficient but nonetheless friendly. The atmosphere in the bar/restaurant was lovely. Loud and people chatting, it was a setting that was relatively informal but a step above a pub. I ordered the bavette sauce poivre, a flank steak with pepper sauce. It was so nice. The steak was nice and the sauce was simply excellent, creamy, rich, and flavourful. The meal came with a potato and a salad and I finished the entire plate. My girlfriend got the carbonade à la bière, a beef stew with mashed potatoes. Wow, it was also really nice. The meat would fall apart in your mouth and have so much flavour. The beef stew wasn't finished and we asked if it could be packaged up and taken home. They gave us a convenient little box and paper bag to take leftovers. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!
