The food is good, but the Hotel staff are NOT good. They are forcing customers just to pay in CASH only from Indians, and they are accepting Cards from others. There is a another group Restaurant (ROYAL INDIAN TASTE) in Brussels , which I had dinner on earlier day, the bill is EUR 95 and he is saying that No POS to pay. so, I paid cash and left. and next day, i visited this restaurant, "NAMASTE INDIAN RESTAURANT" and I realized , the pictures are same, plates , spoons and everything is similar to ROYAL INDIAN TASTE hotel. And then i was thinking that they will insist for cash. exactly that is what happened. The staff said, POS is having problem. I got annoyed and shouted on him that why you guys are doing this kind of things?? Earlier some customer paid in Card, i saw that , and now you are lying. Then after 5 minutes, he came and said, its working now and accepted the payment through Card. See the Bill they provided and POS proof. Just in small paper. Even the Namaste Indian restaurant also provided the bill in same kind of paper This is UNFAIR. You have Kept the Restaurant Name as Indian Restaurants and you are behaving with Indians who is coming from a far way. You are not supposed to do these kind of behavior with any customers. What you are doing is BULLSHIT. I am not against the food, I am completely against to your Morals. I dont know how many other group restaurants in Brussels related to Namaste Indian restaurant & Royal Indian Taste, but these kind of behavior is Atrocious. Please change this kind of attitude. If someone from the management, seen this review, you can email me for further details. if you required. I have travelled 5 European countries in 20 days, none of the places they didn't behave like this. You have POS machine and you are insisting customers to pay Cash only. WORST BEHAVIOUR, EVEN THOUGH FOOD IS GOOD Regards Suresh. M

Not recommended We had lunch here and we ordered Chicken briyani, Tandoori kebab grill and briyani rice. Chicken briyani - Not authentic, mostly tomato and capsicum Tandoori kebab - This was served good and sizzling hot. Briyani rice - The salt was missed (but then later added upon request) The briyani was a bit more oily and the food colours got sticked to the hand (which usually doesn’t happen in a good restaurant) The server was not at all smiling or welcoming at first. Then he couldn’t understand basic English (which is a must in a touristy place) When we asked if we can get tap water (which is freely available), it was denied and they tried to give a paid mineral water bottle. We rejected that and the bottles and the glasses were taken away from our table in a rude way. This is not how a guest should be treated in an Indian hotel. The toilets downstairs had a leaky flush tank which was wasting lots of water into the closet. Please try to fix all this.

My co-workers and I went to have a lunch at this Indian restaurant which is not far away from the Grand Palace. The workers were very friendly and very considerate. As for food we ordered Namaste India Thali Non Veg and Veg versions and both of them were very delicious. The use of spices are about right and there were some spicey dishes but my coworkers and I had different opinions on which dishes were the spicey one. If you got sensitive stomach or can’t handle quite a lot of spices than I won’t recommend you to go there (like my fiancé would be end up going to toilet because his stomach isn’t made for it). On the other hand, those people who are used to spices and little spicy spikes then I would definitely recommend it and i insure you that you will love it! The interior decorations of the restaurant is lovely and I really like how they played Indian music to set the mood. Unfortunately, they did turned off when more guests arrived.

Nestled in the heart of our city, Namasty is an Indian restaurant that has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

The food at Namasty is simply outstanding. Each dish is a celebration of flavors and spices, masterfully prepared to delight the palate. I had the pleasure of trying several menu items, and each one surpassed my expectations. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, with a perfect balance of spices. The Samosas were crisp on the outside and wonderfully spiced on the inside, making for an ideal appetizer. The Garlic Naan was fluffy and fragrant, the perfect accompaniment to the flavorful curries.

What truly sets Namasty apart, however, is their exceptional staff. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. They went out of their way to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect, providing recommendations and explaining dishes with genuine enthusiasm.

The combination of outstanding food and top-notch service makes Namasty a standout dining destination. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or new to it, this restaurant offers a dining experience that is both accessible and extraordinary. I highly recommend Namasty to anyone looking to enjoy delicious food in a welcoming and...

Namaste!

I recently visited this Indian restaurant with high hopes for a delightful dessert experience, but sadly, my visit left much to be desired. The establishment, well-reviewed on Google, failed to live up to its online reputation.

Upon arriving, my party and I were shocked to discover an unexpected "policy" that prohibited the serving of desserts alone, a detail mysteriously absent from the restaurant's website. This was particularly disheartening as we had specifically chosen this eatery to indulge in their reputed sweet offerings.

To make matters worse, our anticipation turned into frustration when we were asked to leave due to our dessert-only request, a treatment we had never encountered in our extensive travels. The disconnect between the positive online reviews and our disappointing experience was perplexing. It's disconcerting when a restaurant doesn't communicate its policies transparently, leaving customers like us in an awkward predicament.

In conclusion, while the restaurant might excel in certain culinary aspects, the lack of transparency regarding their policies and the subsequent refusal to serve us left a sour taste. Potential patrons should be cautious and inquire about any undisclosed rules before planning a visit to avoid a...
