Very nice place in the center of the town. Beautiful space, modern, nice decoration, you feel well in it but ... We ordered everything at the same moment (2 beers, 1 starter hummus and 2 pizzas) and we waited maybe 20 minutes for the beers. Ok ... Until then I can handle it but ... After we eat the hummus which was nice btw, we had to wait at least 50min and the restaurant was faaaaaar to be full. I can understand that sometimes there are difficulties but this is not the main issue here. Once our pizzas were finally on our table, the stuff started to put all the chairs on the tables during the first 10 minutes we were eating ... (Check the picture I posted) When my appetite was cut, I asked to takeaway my pizzas and the waitress just gave me a box and I had to do it myself. Are you a restaurant or a fast food ? Concerning the pizzas themselves I cannot say anything because the opportunity to appreciate them was not...
Read moreI love this place. I wanted to try something different other than the standard pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised. The crust is crispy but not too doughy, and the toppings are really unique. I also love the fact that you can share food with your friends, which is a great way to interact with them. It's a great place for cool meetings too ." ℙ𝕚𝕫𝕫𝕒 𝕠𝕣𝕚𝕘𝕚𝕟𝕒𝕝 𝔾𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝔹𝕖𝕖𝕣 𝔽𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕝𝕪 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕗𝕗 ℂ𝕠𝕠𝕝 𝔸𝕞𝕓𝕚𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝔽𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝕤𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕊𝕖𝕝𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕗 𝕘𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝔹𝕖𝕝𝕘𝕚𝕒𝕟 𝕓𝕖𝕖𝕣.

Read moreWe were on a road trip with a stopover in Ghent, and during our time there, we had a lovely experience at Otomat. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Chris (we are not sure if he is the manager, but he certainly made us feel right at home!).
We ordered two pizzas (Ritmo De La Nacho and Margherita Classic), and both were absolutely delicious—beautifully baked with unique flavours and a perfect crust. You can really taste the quality and creativity in every bite. The wonderful pizzas, combined with Chris’s warm hospitality, lifted the whole experience to another level.
We are already looking forward to coming back for brunch next time. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ghent—it is a gem! P.S: The pizzas smelt so good that we forgot to take the pictures before we started eating. Hence the pictures with...
