Cozy winebar, dark interior with luxurious materials. Reception by the owner was very relaxed and friendly. There's a number of wines by the glass, and more by the bottle. Bottles are also for sale (for example as a present) at a lower rate. There's small bites too, we ordered a plate of cheese, it came with 2 cheeses, four pieces of each, with a few pieces of bread and some mustard. Did not make pictures, but will update my review after my next visit. The dark & luxurious interior almost invites you to come a bit more dressed up than what you would be used to in Ghent, in any case a good spot for a relaxed...

For me as a perfectionist and a demanding customer it's difficult to ever say a place can be perfect but YES, PAROLE is a PERFECT PLACE and without a doubt - a real wine oasis in the heart of Gent. Everything here is simply perfect ..... Great selection of wines, delicious cheese, bread, olives and ham, charming interior with a relaxing patio, gentle music in the background, and most of all - EXTREMELY KIND AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE who run this place with all their heart and passion for wine
