Their baked goods are amazing (and all vegan). Best vegan croissants I ever tried! Surely not the most healthy but definitely one of the best - and I ate them the day after. Personally less of a fan of the focaccia as it was very chewy but that might be personal. The (natural) wine and coffee they served looked good too, will have to go back one day. Can’t miss in Gent if you’re vegan!

This is our favorite place to enjoy specialty coffee in Ghent. They have another WAY specialty coffee shop nearby in the Voldersstraat which focusses more on take away and equipment. But here you have a cosier terrace and you can chill inside while watching the kind people working there brew you a beautiful cup of coffee. A must visit when in Ghent!

Anytime I get a chance to pass by and get a coffee and/or pastry from WAY, I never hesitate! By far my favourite lattes. They are so creamy and rich. The pastries are delicious & completely vegan + freshly made in-house. It’s fun to have your coffee and see the baker working on his crafts at the other side of the room! ☕️

I visited WAY Specialty Coffee in Ghent and ordered a croissant, tart, and their filter coffee of the week. Honestly, everything was super tasty and light, and I really enjoyed the coffee and desserts.

Before leaving, I bought some filter coffee beans and capsules for home because their coffee was so unique and delicious. The place itself is cozy with a mix of student vibes and a touristy feel, plus it has a nice view.

The staff were super friendly, especially the barista who served me—she was so sweet! Overall, everything about this place was great, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone...

Soy everywhere on a half-sold-out menu. If you do not want soy you've got a problem. Cannot pay with ideal either on the QR code menu. Personnel is nice, the vibe is nice.

Update: i decided to go for a €5 tea, which in my case was supposed to be "berry, honey and chocolate flavour. It however tasted like a regular tea i make with a regular tea bag from Albert Heijn.

This is absolutely not worth the €5 and scandalous that the offer this for the price.

I drank tea of course, but the fact that this place is called specialty coffee is not to be...
