McDonald's — Restaurant in Mechelen

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I'll tell why : as vegetarian, I was never coming to this kind of place. But I came only because recently there was finally the possibility to have a VEGETARIAN sandwich (the veg waco was surprisingly tasty and fresh), so I came to this McDo Mechelen, I ordered a VEG waco sandwich, I waited ...... and the waiter brought me on table ....... a chicken sandwich in place of the veg. !!! :-((( so I brought it back at the counter and they gave me a the veg sandwich I ordered. But what they did with the chicken sandwich, is that they just simply throw it away in the garbage. I don't like at all all this food wasted for nothing, and I am so chocked that the chicken are dead for nothing. This horrible fast-food chain is definitively only for the very low quality meat lovers. My opinion is that this chain is exploiting billions of animals, and is contributing to the destruction of our planet. Having a vegetarian option was a little progress , but as it seems not to be available anymore, there is then nothing...

Today, I placed an order at your branch. When I checked my order in the car, I realized that my Chicken McNuggets were missing, even though I had paid for them.

What makes this even more frustrating is that there were only two other customers in the restaurant at the time, so this mistake cannot be blamed on a busy rush. The cashier, instead of properly checking the order before handing it over, was just leaning on the counter with nothing else to do. This kind of basic mistake is completely unacceptable.

I was in a hurry and only stopped by for a quick meal, so I didn’t have time to go back and complain. However, that does not mean I should accept receiving an incomplete order. I expect an explanation and to know how you intend to compensate me...

I usually go inside to the screen and select everything, as we need 3 happy meals for kids and for us, telling everything is not easy. But they do not offer going in, only drive. Luckily there was a sales guy with tablet (to speed up) and other on the window, we showed our wishlist in McDonalds app... Paid and realised while waiting the order at next window realised the small money paid and that there is only 1 meal of everything ordered, so half of us don't get eat... had to go again on queue in drive, this time the guy was unpolite at all and felt like it was our fault he didn't see that items are multiple on wishlist... luckily now got everything, but waisted time and the first order got lukewarm meanwhile... will skip this McD...
