SODEXO ISSUE : we specifically asked if Sodexo was accepted before seating, as I had some money about to expire on it, and my new Visa had not arrived yet. They said yes, and then at moment of paying for the meal, sodexo did not work. Now I had to go get my partner's card (embarrasing), wire her the money, and on top of this 80 eur of my Sodexo card is now expired. Food was ok, could have been more copious, ordered a 40eur T-bone steak, ended up with 300g max with bone. For our meals, I had mussels in garlic and wine sauce with French fries, while my friend had beef tartare with some salad and fries. The mussels were fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked in a flavorful sauce. The beef tartare was equally amazing, made with fresh, high-quality meat and well-prepared.
The only downside, and the reason for my 4-star rating, was the French fries. On ne dĂ©barrasse jamais une table si une ou plusieurs personnes mangent encore !? On ne parle pas fort pour demander si tout se passe bien : on sâapproche de la table et on demande discrĂštement. On ne dit jamais aux clients de se dĂ©pĂȘcher ou de faire vite parce que la cuisine va fermer alors quâil sont entrĂ©s Ă 22h et que câest supposĂ© fermĂ© Ă 00h00. Pour prendre les commandes : on sâapproche dâabord de la table pour demander leurs apĂ©ritifs. Une fois ceux-ci servis, on revient et on demande sâils ont choisi leurs entrĂ©es/plats. Et la demande du dessert câest Ă la fin !
Les cocktails sont à retravailler. Ils manquent de professionnalisme, de goût.
Desserts absolument Ă revoir :
Jâai pris une crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e. Elle Ă©tait ratĂ©e. La texture Ă©tait une texture de flan ou de tarte au riz (on peu granuleux). Une crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e est supposĂ©e ĂȘtre crĂ©meuse presque fondante. Jâavais presque lâimpression quâil y avait de la farine dedans ?
Un autre convive a pris « Brisures de meringue, mascarpone Ă la vanille, coulis de mangue et fruits rouges ». Ce nâĂ©tait pas des brisures mais 2 simples petites meringues recouvertes dâune sorte de yaourt aux fraises. Les fruits Ă©taient bons, la meringue aussi mais le dessert est beaucoup trop grossiĂ©. Aucun de ces 2 desserts ne valent leurs prix.
EN CONCLUSION : Bon restaurant mais les maniĂšres de respect et de politesse doivent impĂ©rativement ĂȘtre retravaillĂ©es. Le cuisiner sauve la note grĂące Ă ses bonnes entrĂ©es et bons plats. Le reste ne va pas du tout.
PS: Accueil des hommes bons mais une serveuse trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able et sans maniĂšre. Quelques exemples : « CâEST BON ? » pour demander Ă une dame de 60 ans si son dessert lui convient Alors que cette mĂȘme dame termine encore son plat, elle apporte dĂ©jĂ son dessert sur la table.
