An Unforgettable Mexican Experience - Alejandro (Ale) Was The Best!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever visited, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and authenticity.

Ambiance: The decor is vibrant and colorful, perfectly capturing the essence of Mexico. It felt like stepping into a cozy cantina with a modern twist. The atmosphere was lively, but not overwhelming – perfect for a delightful dining experience.

Food: Absolutely divine! The menu is filled with authentic Mexican dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. I tried the Tacos al Pastor and the Mole Poblano – both were outstanding. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and truly memorable.

Service: Here’s where the experience went from great to exceptional – Alejandro (Ale) was our server, and he was phenomenal! His knowledge of the menu, friendly attitude, and passion for Mexican cuisine made the whole experience feel special. Ale recommended the best dishes and even customized a couple of items to suit our preferences.

Drinks & Dessert: Their Margaritas were perfect – just the right amount of tequila and fresh lime. And the Churros with Chocolate Sauce were a heavenly way to end the meal.

Overall: If you’re looking for the best Mexican food around, this place is a MUST-VISIT. Alejandro made the experience feel personalized and unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend asking for Ale if you want the ultimate...

Positive: the hotel and decoration of the rooftop really make you believe you will have a great experience that unfortunately for us was not the case at all. Negative: We booked and when we arrived we had a table outside on the left side next to a super loud speaker. (a table kind of abandoned and hidden) No one came after 20 min. I needed to move and ask for service. After we ordered, food arrived very fast (positive) and tasty but sadly without our drinks. Worst it was just served in the table no napkins offered, no cutterly and again I needed to go to grab some for another table. As food was barely warm luck. We decided to eat with out our drinks.

We finished eating and our drinks still didnt arrived. My cocktail arrived alone and 10 minutes later my partner glass of wine... (come on, is it that difficult to serve a glass of wine to at least serve 2 glasses together?)

The glass of wine was.... warm

Toilets... sadly dirty

7.No one came back again to our table for the bill or to ask if we wanted to order something else (that was our initial intention)

We decided to leave and when we went to pay, no one knows in which table we were sitting and when they realized it, surprise we still needed to wait for the POS machine that was "somewhere"

We complained directly and the guy just say: oh. Client service deserve a 0!

Honestly, we will never come back. We strongly recommended not to go there. There are wonderful...

NOT WORTH IT - Service was absolutely horrific

We were waiting for a table of 2, second in line after a big party, and the hostess tried to skip us and offer the next table for 2 to another party behind us. It was so evident that we were the next two as the only two Asian people in line - confusion there is questionable, but hopefully just a mistake.

It took 40 minutes for us to get a server after multiple attempts with two different servers who just shrugged and said "we are not your server. " Another server had reminded our server to help us and she still ignored us until we waved her down and asked if we could order our food

Ordered a margarita and it was 5:1 ratio of ice to drink - I asked for the bartender to remake it with less ice and he said "well this is the tope margarita and it's supposed to be like this" in which I asked "but the ice stacks higher than btw cup.." and he just shrugged and walked away

Ordered the shrimp tacos that were laughably tiny tiny shrimps with 4 tiny shrimps per taco 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food was average. Service was horrendous. But I guess for the view they will always get business....

As a tourist, I would not recommend going here just for a view with NYC prices for...
