My experience at this Starbucks was horrible. I went inside and there was a male student supervisor worker. First, he told me that I can’t pass inside because they were about to close, I just wanted to buy a mug. I saw that they were closing after an hour. That guy was so rude rather than solving the problem he created one. Regardless, I bought the mug then I wanted to return it because I didn’t want a place like this to gain money from me and when I wanted to return it, he told me he can’t give me the money back and created another problem. Read moreI rarely post negative reviews, but this recent encounter (14/03) didn't sit nice with me. The lady at the counter (I think she's the manager, anyways the oldest one) is so disrespectful and incompetent. It all started with me asking a simple question, which she responded with so much attitude and on a passive aggressive tone, I was a little taken aback. Furthermore, I was the only customer and it took her a good 10 minutes to make me an iced latte, while she was chatting with her other colleagues and then for her to realize that she had to make my drink. It was just such an unprofessional sight. And to say that the previous staff were so nice....
