Terrible service despite spending over €150
I came here with four friends and we spent more than €150, yet the service we received was very disappointing. I have a dairy allergy, so I’m always extremely careful when ordering. I clearly ordered a mango sorbet — not a milkshake — because sorbets are usually dairy-free and safe for me.
However, the waitress brought me a mango frozen drink. Since it didn’t taste like it had milk in it, and in my country some sparkling fruit drinks are also called “sorbet,” I didn’t immediately suspect a mistake.
But when we received the bill, I noticed there was no €3 sorbet listed — only an €8 mango milkshake. I approached the same waitress who took the order, and instead of checking or apologizing, she insisted I had ordered the milkshake and refused to admit any mistake. She didn’t say sorry, and just walked off to the kitchen with a bad attitude.

The food, though, is what really stands out. Every dish we tried was phenomenal, from the tender, perfectly cooked meat to the homemade French fries and starter.
They also have a selection of cutting-edge sauces for the meat, though I would have loved to see a few more 😇 Never enough. Another minor drawback is that it’s a bit on the pricey side, but considering the quality, it’s well worth it. Their special non-alcoholic cocktail was a delightful surprise too—definitely try it!

Asked the server and it finally came but wrong order. Another 30 min later (2:40pm) being hungry and we asked again. And guess what, the server who helped us taking the order never put our order in LOL… Speechless. The other server (or manager) came to apologize saying it was his first day at work (???????????).
