The magic cup — Restaurant in South Caye Caulker

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I’m so glad my hotel was close to it because the amount of times we went on our 10 day stay is kind of embarrassing haha. Very solid food and drinks at amazingly affordable prices. The fact that they accept card payment was a huge plus! I loved their hamburger and buffalo chicken sandwich…the mangonada was also very tasty. Their frozen coffee was the best I’ve tried pretty much anywhere (although that one was a bit pricey). Also a good place for budget breakfast, but heads up, they get very busy during the mornings and it can be a bit hectic. Overall, we were so lucky to come upon this place...

Visited today and ordered a watermelon slushie and a vanilla milkshake. My order was wrong, I was given two watermelon slushes. When I asked the lady who served us could she make me the milkshake as we didn't order two slushies she was extremely rude. Went from blaming me to to eventually admitting that she misheard me. Refused to fix my order unless I paid 10$ for a new milkshake. Naturally enough I wasn't going to pay a second time when I wasn't the one who got my own order wrong. I was so excited to try this place and walk out very disappointed. The service was horrible. I Came in to order a oreo Frappuccino and I was patiently waiting for my drink. The server had an little attitude but I overlooked it thinking she was probably tired. Then other customers came in and her whole attitude changed and she start to making their drinks before mine.
