Little Italian treasure in the heart of La Paz for those who loves pizza!!! We had pizza for dinner tonight at Bella Ciao and without any doubt this was the best pizza we’ve ever had in all Bolivia!!! The dough is very light and super crunchy!! The pizza chef Stefano really know how to make customers happy and satisfied!! Outstanding job, with just a little oven, capable of doing magic out of it… we will be back for sure!! Keep up with your hard work, you are a LEGEND!! 🙌🏻🤌🏻 highly recommended!!! Words of an Italian chef!!

An Italian gem in crazy La Paz. I had the pleasure of trying this mouth-watering pizza at the suggestion of some Italian friends. And I can honestly say it was a delicious discovery. The pizza chef is a young Italian-Bolivian with an incredible talent and a contagious smile that shows his love and passion for the job. The dough is incredibly light and crispy at the same time. The place is cozy and feels like being in Italy, with a friendly atmosphere and the classic Italian style . A must for pizza lovers.

I went to Bella Ciao for pizza for the first time, but I arrived a bit late and ended up ordering the lasagna instead. Honestly, it was the best lasagna I’ve had in a long time — delicious and the perfect portion (I was really hungry!). The Bolivian-Italian chef was so friendly that I came back the next day just to try the pizza. Now I’m not sure which one I liked more — the pizza or the lasagna! Both were amazing. I also got to try his homemade Limoncello — strong and exactly how I like it.

Italian spirit in the middle of Bolivian capital! Pizzeria is run by the very passionate guy - Esteban, he definitely knows the thing about Italian cuisine. We ordered Margherita and Chief choices - which was pizza with tomato sauce, mozarella, red onion marinated in red wine, yellow cherry tomatoes and chorizo sausage, decorated with fresh basil leaves. As a free starter we got garlic crusts with olive oil. All of those courses were extremely delicious. The biggest pros of Bella Ciao in my opinion is wooden heated stove. Combination of decorations inside the restaurant with Italian music makes this place more unique.
