As out answer to you, the only people we have contacted with were the two guys who did not have a reservation and got the table you told us were reserved. I did not see the guys left the place but as you told I am really happy to hear because they stood against your racist behavior. Thanks to those guys. Went there for their famous Hot Chocolate but, unfortunately, was not given the opportunity to try. Went there yesterday around 19h, but were told they only serve those kind of drinks until 18h.

Understanding, we went again today. Google says the place opens at 14h00 so we were there a few minutes later — still closed. Tried again half hour later, still not open. Tried a 3rd time around 15h15, remained close. Tried a 4th time around 17h00, it was finally open.

Asked for the Hot Chocolate and a few other drinks and it all seemed good. 5min later we are told there is no Hot Chocolate because they have been waiting to restock for a couple of weeks but the delivery doesn't come.

If that was the case, why were we not informed immediately? Or even the day before?

The place seems great in many levels but we couldn't help to think the concern for the costumer wishes (or following their own menu and rules) is not really...

You won't stumble upon this bar while strolling through the city center, and that is probably the biggest miss you'll have in Sarajevo.

I got there on a recommendation and found out it had been permanently closed until a few months ago, when the new owner decided the storied history of this place was not meant to be over.

Everything here is a 10+. I only enjoyed a pre-dinner drink, but I was fully immersed in the timeless atmosphere that has settled on every shelf, table, and corner, even in the restroom.

You will find a fine selection of liqueurs and beers—their quality is undeniable. Even the complimentary snack I received with the drink was amazing, unusual, and perfectly curated.

Long story short: this is now, by right, one of my favorite places in the world. No visit to Sarajevo will ever be complete without a stop here.
