Restoran Labirint — Restaurant in Mostar

We came as a group of 9 people ( 7 adults and two kids ) and waited for over 15 minutes with no one coming even to say hi. Bartenders were too busy chatting between each others. After 15 minutes or so, we decided it's just time to go, and at that point we were asked if we want to order something. We just said its late now. Upon our departure, group of 3 bartenders were laughing loud shooting "how was coffee, did it taste good..." and other insulting slogans. I mean, not getting the service or even greetings with reasonable time is one problem, but having employees insulting guests this way is NOT acceptable. I returned back and asked for manager, but he wasn't there, so Chief listen to me and was a kind guy as well as other older bartender who also said how this is not acceptable. When Chief of the Kitchen asked who was making those slogans and insults, one guy yelled from the back of the kitchen saying he did it. Ps. I asked for owner's business card to call and complain/explain, but didn't get one. So, i would NOT recommend this place as their staff...

Maybe they schuld consider to change the cook and the waiter. We ordered cevapcici and mix plate, meet was raw. Cevapcici was stil red from outside and tasted like raw meat. On mix plate everything was raw plus veal kotlet had a plastic sticker on it. We called waiter and asked him to at least take it back and bake till end all that meat and get us an other kotlet, he took it away and brought back everything little bit more baked with same kotlet with sticker on it. We automatically asked for bill because we didn't wanted to eat anything anymore there waiter was making fun of me. Then he brought a bill with the food on it we decided its pointless to even talk to him. IF YOU ARE COMING TO MOSTAR AVOID THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR SELF FROM FOOD...

We had breakfast with coffee. We were attracted by the river view which is really nice. However, the prices felt quite higher compared with other places in the area. But what really ruined our experience in this place is the fact that we asked for two glasses of water with our coffee as we saw the coffee was served with a glass of water to other costumers, but we did not get any. Then the waiter comes with two small bottles of water and a new bill of 3 euros (6 km). That felt like the guy took the opportunity to charge us, instead of apologizing for not bringing the glasses of water with the coffee in the...
