Cipriani's was suggested by a friend of mine and I was skeptic at the beginning but as soon as I got inside the restaurant my opinion concerning foreign Italian restaurants faded away. I was very impressed by the warm welcome and the menu proposed by Chef Cassese is an authentic and deep breathe of modern and elegant Italian cousine: homemade pasta and dessert, fresh fish with Italian taste, organic vegetables, sophisticated pairing and awesome bread made everyday by the brigade. The service was absolutely perfect and delicate as it was the piano songs played in live session during all the dinner. They had a vegan/veg tasting menu, and every step of the way was just EXQUISITE. I can't describe it with words because you have to come try it yourselves. Every single combination of flavors was just SO well thought out! Compliments to the chef!! From starter, to appetizer, to main, to pre dessert and actual dessert.
