This place is a joke. Othon offers this place as a perk for guest but it is not but a trap. Before writing my review, I was reading previous reviews saying "we are working to improve" bla bla bla... Ok and how about now? 6 - 7 months later? Have you had any improvement at all? Your place is the worse in the entire ORLA. Your food is disgusting and expensive. 2 waiters only for the entire quiosque in a full season. What a piece of work you are. Although I already raised my personal complaint to Othon main office, I am writing here to express my insatisfaction and alert people that might be inclined to visit it. Don't waste your time. As simple as that. We were there and there was not chopp, no beer, chivas, no nothing... terrible... we order a main dish and an appetizer and guess what? They broghut us the main dish before the appetizer, yes please, feel free to laught... And to complete our terrible experience, our table was attacked by cock roaches. Running all around the table. Simple disgusting. When we complaint to the waiter he said: "These things happens in the quiosque next door too"... What is this even supposed to mean? WE WERE AT YOUR QUIOSQUE and we don't care what is happening somewhere else. Give me a break. In the end we asked to remove the service from the bill and got our 10% discount which is nothing compared to the overpriced products they offer. Make your life easier, go somewhere else... Nativoos is a few...

Estive recentemente neste quiosque de praia, que oferece uma experiência mediana, mas com alguns pontos que precisam ser melhorados. Começando pelos aspectos positivos, tanto a comida quanto os drinks merecem destaque. O cardápio apresenta opções saborosas e bem preparadas, que conseguem agradar a diferentes paladares. Além disso, os atendentes foram muito atenciosos, sempre dispostos a atender com rapidez e cordialidade, o que deixou uma boa impressão nesse aspecto.

No entanto, a experiência geral foi comprometida por um grande inconveniente: a presença constante de pedintes e vendedores ambulantes que abordam os clientes repetidamente. Isso aconteceu diversas vezes durante a minha visita, tornando a experiência bastante desconfortável. Em um momento que deveria ser de tranquilidade e lazer, é frustrante ser constantemente interrompido por essas abordagens.

Entendo que esse tipo de situação não seja de total responsabilidade do quiosque, mas acredito que medidas poderiam ser adotadas para mitigar esse problema. Por exemplo, o estabelecimento poderia investir em uma equipe de segurança ou implementar um layout mais eficiente, que reduzisse o acesso direto à área dos clientes. Algumas ideias incluem delimitar melhor os espaços ou criar uma separação física, como cercas baixas ou plantas, que tornem o ambiente mais reservado.

Infelizmente, essas falhas acabam ofuscando os pontos positivos e deixando a desejar no quesito conforto. Para um estabelecimento em uma localização tão privilegiada, é essencial que a experiência do cliente seja protegida de fatores externos que possam causar incômodo.

De maneira geral, minha avaliação é de duas estrelas. O potencial do quiosque é grande, mas a falta de controle sobre esses fatores externos compromete seriamente a experiência. Com algumas melhorias, acredito que o local poderia oferecer uma experiência de praia muito mais agradável...

This bar is conveniently located on the beach which is the only plus for this bar/restaurant. When I went for Lunch I was waiting to be seated along with 2 other separate groups, I got tired of waiting and just walked in only to be told to sit everywhere and we will be with you in a bit ! The restaurant only had 4 other customers sitting have drinks When my food did arrive it was raw in the middle I tried to complain but suddenly none of the staff could speak English Choose any other restaurant...
