There are some very good, expensive, and exclusive Japanese restaurants in my neighborhood. I am here to say that Kaifu, a recent arrival in the area, is easily a match for the more established venues. Their menu features a wide array of Japanese foods that are prepared with care and served by a very friendly and efficient staff. The room is intimate and serene with a gigantic sky light thats provide day time illumination. The only component of this restaurant that does not compete with the established venues is the price, which is significantly lower. Já como opção principal eu fui no executivo que serve muito bem e é extremamente saboroso. Gyu - 02 sashimi de atum, 02 sashimi de salmão, 01 niguiri de atum, 01 niguiri de salmão, 01 bettera spicy, 01 uramaki shake kyuri e porção de burgogui . Acompanha: bantchan (couvert) sopa do dia e salada da casa. Realmente é muito bem servido, uma culinária delicada, saborosa e muito nutritiva. Eu adorei! Finalizei com uma sobremesa dos Deuses. Matchá Brûlée - Creme brulée sabor matchá. Muito saborosa, doce na medida certa, equilibrada e uma apresentação lindíssima!
