Food is OK but service is bad.

I went last Sunday, and the experience was disappointing. The waitress spilled coffee on the table but neither apologized nor cleaned it up. The table ran out of napkins, and she didn’t notice that either.

Later, I asked for napkins, and she asked me to wait. Instead of addressing my request promptly, she proceeded to clean all the other tables before coming back to me.

Já é a segunda vez que fui atendido com a antipatia, que me parece que faz parte do modus operandi do pessoal da Ofner. Há algum tempo atrás aconteceu na unidade do Shopping 3 e a mais recente foi ontem, na Alameda Campinas. Recebi visita da Costa Rica e planejei levá-la a um local de café bem seletivo. A "simpatia" costumeira da atendente foi condenável, além de me atender juntamente com outro cliente. Escolhemos um doce chamado Strudel de Maçã, o qual, como propõe a receita deste doce, deve ser servido quente, além de uma porção de nata ou creme. Nada disto aconteceu. O café com leite, para ambos, veio morno, pois as xícaras estavam frias e tampouco receberam um enxágue de água com temperatura alta a fim de manter o café quente. Quando fui pagar a conta, claro, ao preço exorbitante Ofner, tive que pagar R$ 41,00, o que questionei diante do produto e serviço. A operadora do caixa apenas me disse: "desculpe" e nada mais. Eu esperava de que no mínimo iriam me dar um bônus, seja por desconto ou algo assim. Alerto o pessoal da Ofner, de que desta maneira a rede de docerias de vocês está fadada a perder clientes e em rota de extinção, pois pelo que acompanho nos comentários, há muitos clientes insatisfeitos. O meu testemunho irá ser sempre negativo e disto irei me encarregar a difundir para o maior números de pessoas possível salvo se houver...

While in Sao Paulo I boycott Starbucks do to their labor and marketing practices. I prefer to go to my neighborhood Ofners. They are a little more expensive but their use of chocolate(extremely decadent) in coffee and there various pastries is well worth it. The location on Alameda Campinas is well located to street watch and offers a great patio, the staff is friendly and helpful and i always leave levelled off with awesome...
